Using a form action or answer action?

If you have forms or answers configured in a Path, we only present the most relevant solution at a time. Sometimes the user may have already provided enough context to get the right solution. In other situations, a Path may be required to ask follow up questions before identifying the right solution.

Our machine learning determines the more relevant Path or solution & surfaces it.

To prevent presenting the same resource twice, we hide the duplicate solution that is less relevant from the adaptive response. This ensures employees receive only the most relevant solution.
