Rate Limiting

By default, you can make up to 120 requests / minute through our API. Each request can notify up to 500 recipients. Your rate limit is applied to your entire organization (across all testing & production keys). If the rate limit is reached, we will return a 429 code.

Messages will be delivered according to your organization's chat platform behavior. You can learn more about message delivery here.
